Description

Please read all requirments before Bid, and all bids are considered a contract.

1. All bids must be a TOTAL PRICE not per html code page.
2. We pay 1/4 down, 1/4 half way through, 1/4 at completion, and final 1/4 when all master files are turned over.
3. THis project WILL TURN INTO OTHER PROJECTS, so do not price your self out of long term work. I currently have one web design team doing certain types of projects for me, and I need an additional team to do certain projects.
4. I am not opposed to work with Designers in India, Brazil, or other places. I pay via GAF and Paypal.
5. Designs should have either or both. AIM, Yahoo, or Skype to communicate besides e-mail.
6. Project can be complete as ebay template listings are complete (thus why the staggered payments). Would like all templates complete with in 30 days, first template for testing in 10 days.
7. Price includes loading images to Domain/server.

Project Description:
1. Design of 4 to 5 HTLM (easily editable in Dreamweaver, or golive) THESE are not to be PSD as they are image heavy when sliced. My preference is Dreamweaver, and having firm cells/tables.
2. 3 HTML pages simple layout for setting up downloadable files. (not ftp) these will be links that will link to the files. Client will be directed to these pages to download there item.

3. I will provide pdf of general layout, and am somewhat open to changes for technical design eliments. In most cases the base design shall not change, simply alteration or various of a theme.

4. I need to see samples of your work or we can negociate one template on a very low fee to see if you can perform the project. I will not steal peoples work. I simply want to be sure that you can do the project. [ I have hired my other current design based on his providing a design. He and I talked before I made this posting and he was okay with me seeking another design for this project.]


Background color is to be shades of blue, and gray. The auction headers will be "under construction like colors" a general construction color sliced image can be used as a image holder, and as a base for me to add images onto. (thus I will need the master PSD images that is sliced for that part of the template).

I can send drawings/pdf layouts as we work through the project.

Note to bidders:
a) I am on Eastern Standard Time/ Please leave your time zone information.
b) I am easy to deal with and pay my bills.
c) I am a start-up company with web and Html projects coming on a more and more regular basis.

Budget.
1- I am looking to spend between $60 and $100 US Dollars for the templates as some of the templates are simply alterations in most ways.
2- For the download pages (3) I am looking to spend $20-40.00 US
Price will be provided as a Total.

BIDS:
Bids significantly over the above budge WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. A Good Bidder maybe considered to assist in maintaining or producing the regular ebay listings.

Additonal Note: I have two templates that are fine but the image/header of the auction were damaged. I will consider a bidder to design new image headers for those two templates, and one has a minor code error. (image size is 971W x ___ ) (this is a seperate item that may become available to a good bidder and designer.
