Description

Hi ymswebsolutions,

Redesign middle section of our homepage.

1)Create design for our services:
1a) Web design
1b) Web development
1c) Internet Marketing

Each service should have title, image/icon and description

2) Create sign up form divided into following 3 parts:
2a) Benefits of becoming member - text only
2b) Personal Details - including following fields:
1) Real Name
2) Username - with button checking if username exists
3) Email
4) Captcha field

2c) Payment Details - including following fields:
1) Paypal address

Sign up form should have two buttons, one for submit and one for reset

Project should include html code of mentioned design and be completed on time.
