I am looking for someone who has had Wordpress experience.

I need a Wordpress theme that has 3 columns, the main content will reside in the centre column.

I will use the left column for page navigation so I will need a parent child type tree to nest pages within categories.
I want to use the rest of the columns for banner ads and other ads like adsense.

On the right column I will eventually put an optin box. I want to have all the social bookmarking stuf and RSS feed link.

I want to be able to display RSS feeds on some of the pages of my site.

I will be using a lot of pages for content so the theme needs to be SEO friendly and the pages need to have their own name rather than an id number e.g. www.mysite.com/my-dogs-page.html or .php

I would like to have an ‘advertise on this page’ link on the pages, so I am not sure how that is handled.

I want to have the ability for people to leave comments at the bottom of my pages.

On the home page I want to be able to display the first paragraph of some content with a more.. link the displays the whole article.

I will have a Blog page so I will need a link somewhere, the Blog won’t be the home page .

I also require a good lightbox plugin that automatically handles all of the graphics on the site

I want to use themes and plug-ins as much as possible. I have a brand new hosting account and have not installed the Wordpress site yet.

I would appreciate a selection of themes that I can choose from as the basis of the site.

I will need to create a form that produces a text file. The form will need to be nice and Ajaxy and will need regions that can be multiplied. I will probably want the ability to create more forms.

I need someone who is familiar with word press to advise me on the best plug-ins to use to achieve the best results.

I want to be able to call on you from time to time to help me when needed so please only apply for this project if you will be available for some time to come.

Please bid a price that you will charge to supply me with a list of as many plug-ins to use to achieve what I have requested above.

In your bid you should state what I can achieve with plug-ins and what I will have to have programmed.

Also, could you please tell me if any of the plug-ins come at a cost.
