Description

Looking for a wordpress pro to create a blank 2 panel template for Wordpress. No graphic design needed. Style wise, looking for a template that is a combination of these two styles:

Blog should be around 900 pixels wide. Format as follows:

- Above the entire blog: Placeholder for affiliate banner

- Top of the blog - Placeholder for the site banner, 900 pixels wide

- Below the banner - Links to different pages on the site

- Below the links - 8 placeholders evenly spaced across a row for images. Each placeholder should be 100 pixels wide and 100 pixels tall. These are for jpgs, see the conceptart.org website. We'd like 4 rows and 8 image placeholders per row. Each image will link to a different page.

- Below the placeholders - Where the Blog really begins. Begin the 2 column template. Left side 725 pixels wide. Right side 175 pixels wide.

- Underneath each post on the blog, we'd like space to add widgets/web 2.0 links to the usual culprits so users can send and share the content we post.
