I have 2 sites that have problems, only small:

Site 1 = IE6 Layout Issues + PNG Transparency
Site 2 = IE6/7 Layout Issues + PNG Transparency and broken footer

Simple stuff if your an expert. It is all XHTML/CSS but are embedded in PHP files so you need a basic understanding of PHP file structures.
