Description

We are a small financial news company that needs a user friendly professional looking website.

The site will basically have 6-8 live message boards for users to interact with each other.

We will need each user to be able to register with us.

I need to be able to put advertisements on the page myself aswell.

We will probably need some moving animation on the top of the page.

Payment will be provided when the project is complete.
