Description:	Redesign of current website. Site has been up for 1 year and I would like a little bit of a change. Extremely professional and very eye catching, cutting edge. Current color scheme is burgundy, black and gray. I want to stay with this as my base but it needs something to make it cleaner and not quite as dark. I somewhat like the white fields in this skin and the borders around the forums. http://vbskinworks.com/forum/index.php?styleid=359 Current site is housed at: http://www.registerofmerit.com • I would like a little more color added and a new layout of the homepage and the forum home. Many of the current graphics and icons will be used in the new layout. • New header with graphics • New Footer with graphics • New navigation buttons or icons. • New vBulletin buttons on forum home. • Need new flash movie on homepage and a little more style. I have the pictures I would like used in the movie. • vBulletin forum will need some re-skinning, to add more color and style. • I have added a new feature to the site (Pedigree Database) and would like more focus placed on it. Make it known we offer this feature and make people want to sign up for it and pay. (ideas are graphics, flash…) Need something on homepage and forumhome. • Payment will be made when project is complete through GAF. • Project includes uploading of all files onto my server and making any necessary edits. • Site should be viewed flawlessly with Microsoft IE and Mozilla Firefox. • Installation will be done on the 21st of July, our 1 year anniversary. • Budget for this project is $200-$250 • Please use the word “Red” in your bid to confirm you understand these requirements.
