Description

We are currently looking to get our website redesigned. Basically the goal of our redesign is to have a layout similar to www<dot>get jive<dot>com .

Obviously we would want to use different photos, logo, background color, and text. But the layout will be exactly the same. The only additions we are looking for are a wordpress page and a landing page for adwords. Both pages must have a similar look to the rest of the site.

The site will also need a form created just like on the posted site for leads. Name, phone number, email.
