To whom it may concern, WE ARE WRITING TO YOU REGARDING SANJAY2004 to hopefully save you the grief and prevent you from having your money stolen from you like Sanjay has done to me. We are letting providers who's project that he has bided on what really happened because it is our only recourse available to us given getafreelancers rules. By doing this we hope that we can prevent anyone else from having their money stolen! Sanjay bided on a project of ours http://elance.com/projects/129519.html He asked for a deposit of $894.00 April 21st 07" to start the project we sent it to him since he had high marks we thought that it would be just fine to do so. We were newbies and had no idea that by doing sending him the money that we could loose all of it. By paying him the deposit there was noway to get our money back OR even leave him bad feedback so that others could see what he has done. You know why? Because you can ONLY LEAVE FEEDBACK if you paid for your project in full! Now by being taken in by Sanjay he got our money and we couldn't warn anyone else about what he has done! VERY slick! So if you are asking yourself why he has no bad feedback alluding to the fact that he has stolen from others. That is why!!!!!!!!!! We have written to him SO many times, when he finally would finally get back to us it would be one excuse after the other. OR if something was done on the project it would not be what we asked and paid for it would be something that his programmers wanted to do. One big mess after the other. We are out the $894. that we paid him, the $590.00 for 2 months rental on the server that he needed for the project that never got used! $178.00 for WAHM autopilot that he has of ours! $30+ for ad click software. Not to mention the extreme hell he has put us through and time that this has dragged on and on! WE HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR OUR MONEY HE IS A FRAUD! Do not trust this man DO NOT GIVE HIM A DEPOSIT YOU WILL LOOSE ALL OF IT! I'm sure that Sanjay will say all of this is a lie and make up a bunch of stories. We have no reason to lie or tell anyone this but for the simple fact that our money was stolen and that WE DON'T WANT THIS HAPPENING TO ANYONE ELSE! SANJAY HAS MADE IT CLEAR THAT OUR MONEY IS GONE AND WE ARE GETTING NOTHING FOR IT, THAT'S FINE, WE ACCEPT THAT HE IS A FRAUD NOW. WHAT WE DON'T WANT IS FOR THIS TO HAPPEN TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE! NOT JUST BECAUSE OF WHAT SANJAY2004 DID BUT For your own protection never send a deposit to ANYONE!! Follow getafreelancers rules that are set up for your protection! We didn't know any better! Only put your money in escrow where it is safe! If the provider that bid on your project demands that you send him money MOVE ALONG and choose another. Because if you DO send him the money YOU CAN LOOSE IT ALL and you won't be able to leave him bad feedback to let anyone else know that he has taken advantage of you and stolen your money! Per getafreelancers rules feedback can only be left if the project is paid in full by you!!!!! And common sense you aren't going to pay the rest of the money when they have not did what they were paid to do and you have NOTHING TO SHOW for it! These crooks KNOW this and get around the loop holes! SANJAY IS A FRAUD AND A THIEF! PLEASE FOLLOW GETAFREELANCERS RULES AND PROTECT YOURSELF AND YOUR MONEY!
