Description

I need website designer for small website ( max 8 pages )
The site is about online education in arabic, the domain is already booked www.american-degrees.org
I have the files ready also but I need some professional touch on the site to make it lively.
Knowing Arabic language is advantage but not a must as I will guide the designer through all stages and tell him where to put each file.
I need some flash and some visual effects.
