Description:	We are rebuilding a PHP based web site that uses Smarty and are looking for a website/graphic designer who is a true 'artist' with the Internet. We are developers and know our limits :) If you pride yourself in the visual arts, and really have something to offer here, I'd like to see your work. Please don't respond if your sites look pretty ordinary or 'cookie cutter'. I'm not interested. I can do that. I need someone who will blow away the people who visit the site and can take those skills, with our current corporate image, logo and color scheme, and craft a site that will win awards. I just need a general 'template' page that all pages can be derived from. We'll do all of that work. I just need the graphic template page created. Also our company designs about 12 web applications per year, and each has customers who want their own 'skin' for it. There will be a lot of followup projects for the right designer who can work well with our team. Please keep that in mind. 08/04/2007 at 11:19 EDT: One other thing.... All page design will need to be provided to us in Dreamweaver, and all graphics in Photoshop.
