Description

We need a website updating with new content and new colours.

The old site will be used as a base and has already been coded - we want to keep the code as it is and all that is required is simply.

- Change the text on each page
- Change the logo
- Change the colour of the navigation bar
- Change the links on the navigation bar
- Add a new web form (code and mail function already done)

There may be a couple of new pages to add but these will follow the same template. There are roughly 13 pages in total.

We will supply the original site and .css, the new text and any images.

I am looking to get this signed off today - and for final files to be delivered Monday / Tuesday latest.

PLEASE NOTE This is a WHITE-LABEL project - we are a design agency and any work subcontracted out is done under our name.

By bidding and accepting this project you are also agreeing to the following terms.

1) You expressly agree to ensure that any design for which payment has been made to you by us is subsequently not used on behalf of any other client or agency without our permission.

2) All files created by you on our behalf for this project shall be considered our property. Under no circumstances will you use any of this artwork for any other client at any time.

3) This is a white-label project - as such you are not permitted to list our client as your own on websites or as portfolio artwork without our express written consent.

4) You agree to the usage of all submitted material in any future application for illustrative purposes or as examples of previous work.

5) At the end of the project, and subject to receiving final payment from us file / artwork copyright will automatically transfer to our company.
