Description

Hi,

I am looking for a designer to recreate the design for our web site.

All the coding is done and I only require a designer able to create an attractive page design for the site. If needed the positioning of information and tables can be modified to accommodate the selected design.
Right now the menu is on the left side of the page, I would like it moved to the top of the page and use drop down for all the choice that the customer makes.
I would also like to change the color of the entire web site, right now it is shades of blue and red and I would like it to flow or math are logo better.
You can see the main page at http://209.12.56.130
You will have to replace / reduce some of the buttons used on the site to go with the new look.
The site uses a css fie for most of the pages.

Before the project start, I will need 3 different mockup to choose from. After selection of one design, the work will start.

Must use escrow and payment will not be released until site is done.

Deliverables as follows:
Cut up images and buttons used
CSS for all text and others
Full rights over designs

In your proposal I will need the cost for the Mockups (low res.) and also the cost for the project.

With your offer, I will need an attachment with 3 of your last similar designs.
