Description: This is a repeat of an earlier bid. Someone took the job then never did the work. So please, if you're going to bid on the project, be prepared to do the work and start the project immediately after your bid has been accepted. This project will be assigned quickly. I am short staffed and do not have the time to baby sit contractors.

Need a web page layout spliced and layed out into an html page. No css work involved. Just html layout. Includes the splice of rollover images and secondary page images. Finished html page needs to be w3c compliant, posted live on the server and reflect the actual rollovers on hover. Need this asap, i.e. ideally in two days tops, and done correctly. We'll provide all image files and PSD files.
