1.The Newspaper is Bangla. So therefore the website shuold be in bangla unicode with nice font display. 2.The website should be as like as Prhotm-alo.org or better.
3.The site will have daily, monthly and yearly archive.
4. Developed site should be first enough for quick browsing
5. Reasonable bider will get the project contract
