I'm running a small print shop. I need website development service.

I need:

1 - Instant Price Calculator:
Reference http://www.psprint.com/brochures and http://www.48hourprint.com/double-parallel-fold-brochure-printing.html ...
Some of the variables on the Price Calculator will be different on different products, but they all work the same. No Zip Code Shipping Calculation. As the price being calculated by the visitor page shouldn't move. Only Price Calculator need to be uploaded.

2- Check Out:
Description, Thumbnail image, Edit the Item, Continue Shopping, Required Agree the Terms box, Required Agree the Changes (that Client Filled Out manually).

We accept Credit cards and PayPal. You need to set up payment options.

+ HTML Confirmation e-mail to the client with all the description and Order Number. E-mail Notification to us with all the Info, Thumbnail, Link to download the Uploaded images, Code Number of the Item, Order Number.

+ Upload File. 10 files, limited file size. + Upload Status.

3- HTML e-mail to announce our deals. Design will be given. Very simple small layout.

4- Non Interactive Customization Process:
Select from the Items. 20-30 Thumbnails. Only this portion of the page must be loaded as the user click next-previous. Each Item has 1-6 color options. To see the color Options, use pop up Window. User may select any of them.
+ Appropriate Price Calculator will show on the page.
User selects the item. On the second page big size preview of the item. Appropriate Price Calculator. Visitor Fills out a form. Some fields are required.
Then go to checkout.

5- We will need expandable page layouts. Layout design will be given. They will be simple. I liked the look of the reference websites that I mentioned. I will provide the Flash and Images, and content. Product Navigation Bar, general Page Elements, and the Content will look like this one:

6- HTML e-mail Format. Editable. I will give you the Design, very simple, small layout.

7- SSL installation. I will pay the SSL fee.

8- Register process with e-mail Confirmation Link. Account Page: (Account Info with Update option-Saved Jobs-Completed Jobs)

9- We will need an additional page for File Upload and Make Payment for our local Clients. They must be Signed In to upload a file or make a payment. They will enter their information, make the payment. They may also upload files with or without payment.

10- This website Must be Search Engine Friendly! HTML site map. And I will give you the meta tags, and some other codes that needs to be on the pages. I'm open to suggestions for the SEO.

11- CMS: We will need to be ABLE to make changes on the content, prices images etc. I want a user friendly tool so ANY ONE can make minor changes in text, images, prices etc.. We will accept price quote inquiries with Human Verification. Also the Contact form must utilize the HUMAN VERIFICATION.
The home page should be html, it's easy for me to work on this page for SEO.

Use Open Source as much as you can..... MOST pages will be duplicated layouts with different content. I want to be able to add pages and change the content and images. Maybe there will be only 2 or 3 different page layouts, that's all. As it's on the website I referred to. Header Footer Navigation and Content in the middle....Simple...
