Description

I am looking for someone to put a design over my website. (www.eevers-training.de)
My business: consulting and training for employee engagement and customer satisfaction. Communication and emotion in business is what it's really about. I want to keep it as simple as possible. Nothing flowery, too emotional, soft, tacky, and absolutely no Flash.
I would like three designs to choose from and a look at some sample work.
