Description: I am looking to have someone create a website.
The most important part of this website is a form which vendors will fill out. The contents of this form need to appear automatically on the website once a vendor fills it out (including pictures). Thus, the vast majority of the website is actually created by the information the vendors fill out the forms with. The vendor will supply payment info as well which needs to be secure and will be a recurring monthly payment for being listed on this website.
There will need to be several search options (including within X miles of a zip code) so users can view all the vendors that have filled out the form in a variety of ways.

The most important attributes of a bidder are someone who:
- has created similar websites
- understands the concept (more detail will follow to the winning bidder.. but it is essential that the winning bidder have a basic idea of what Im looking for alerady)
- speaks very fluent English, knows English grammer, etc
- will provide timely responses to my inquiries regarding website development.
- will provide assistance after the website is up and running.
