Description

I have a fairly simple website that I will need coded ASAP. To make the site easy to edit, the content area will need to reference an "includes" page. For an example, please see http://www.candyliciouscakes.com. Each page on there pulls information from a separate, blank html page to make it easy for the owner to edit the content as they see fit. I will be filling in the text for the includes pages. For right now, please just put simple "Ipsum lorem" text in there.

The navigation menu does have rollover text associated with it. It is simple color changes, so it shouldn't require hardly any extra work.

Work will need to begin immediately. Anyone who posts the generic copy and paste response with their bid will be ignored. Please provide examples of your previous work. This is for a non-profit organization, so the lower the price, the better.
