Description

I am inviting bids from professionals for designing a web2 interactive website where peple can meet and exchange messages. There will be very less graphics. It's more like an messgae board.

Looking for a technical expert who has designed the message boards like craigs list or dating website.

The website will be simple HTML Text format without any graphics or flash features. There were will be 10 to 12 tables from which the data will be referred to.
