Description

I need a web designer who can create three websites for me.
They are for an seo company, a tech membership site, and an apartment rental site. I need top quality work and original design concepts. Someone who can also take the html designs that they have done and make something similar as a template/skin for php scripts to make the sites flow is great. No flash designs. All HTML work must be 100% validated and correct.

Please create a one page mock up for the seo company so I can see your ideas.

Please note that I know how long it takes to build websites, so I expect them to be done in a reasonable time frame.

To sum up:
1. Three websites for: seo/technical training membership/apartment rentals
2. For each site: HTML home page/sub pages/PHP templates for scripts
3. No Flash
4. Original design concepts--in other words, don't plan on putting the company names into a free template
5. Work has to be 100% valid to WC3 standards
