Hi,

This project is for a website template designed in photoshop and then converted into xhtml with the css in an external file. It should not use tables for layout purposes and should be cross browser compatible. I will need full rights to the template.

The deliverables will be:

PSD file
XHTML
CSS
Cut up jpeg images
Full rights to the template
