Description

Bidders must have a portfolio of a least 5 Web sites that you have designed some must be in english. The chosen provider will have an established track record that can be verified

I have 2 sites that must be completed right away
1)For starters Design Basic 3 page site
home -about us -contact us

I will supply all text and images plus (4) 1 minute each video files must be compressed using flash 8 and 2-pass VBR or a similar high quality compresson technique for progressive download.


2)I have 12 sites that need periodic changes and upgrades and new sites that will be added to the server (which you will design for us)or moved from 1 server to another.
You will add links, new content, video etc to these sites on a weekly basis. Please let me know the cost per hour to maintain these; figure at the start 3 hours once a week
The person who has done this for us is unable to complete the work on a timely basis.

I will go over the requirments for the second site after receiving a bid from you. So just bid on the first site and let me know your hourly charge for the maintanance and changes required on the existing sites

Please only bid if you meet the requirments and have the time to meet certain deadlines

I expect to build a long term relationship with the chosen provider to build wesites for us so please acknowledge that you can meet requiments in a pm
