Description

Hi,

This is really basic, I have a free work at home site. I want to change the look of the site. I need someone to create a one page website and I want to clone the home page layout of this site:

http://www.freemoneyfinance.com

I want the exact same navigational links. Last designer was unable to do it.

Please only bid if you can do exactly as I have asked.

I also need a header and footer banner with a work at home theme.

I don't want to spend more than $20 or $30 US dollars.
