Description: I have designed a web site using DreamWeaver. The screenshot is attached.

I need a Dreamweaver professional who can finish it. I need the following.

[1] Add "Region" dropdown. I want user to select a "Region". There will be about 5 names to select from in this dropdown.

[2] The menu bar and links will change depending on the selection of the "Region". because each region will have their own links.

[3] Add logo & static information. I will update the content of the static pages later.

Deliverables:
1. All code. I must be able to change the content page, drop down menu list etc
2. The site must work with IIS and Apache web servers.
