Description:	Need a custom external CSS style sheet created to closely match existing layout sketches for main template page for new website. Main template design needs to be accessible, XHTML-compliant, compatible with all popular browsers 4.0 / 5.0, friendly to 800 x 600 monitor resolution.  Text sizes and borders set to accessible size parameters.  Fixed pixel sizes only where necessary.  NO TABLES, NO JAVA, just pure CSS. All page elements should be centered, in a fixed window 770px wide with auto margins @ left and right sides.  Banner and footer with one column.  Main body of page is two columns (navigation bar on left, content on right). Project provider will receive the following: - HTML starter file with all links already created and navigation menu options in nested lists - access to layout sketches for design we have already posted online -- these example designs were created with tables and javascript . . . I want the same look but based entirely in CSS - optimized logo graphics and all other necessary artwork I need 3 dynamic navigation bars created on this template page WITHOUT the use of tables or javascript.  Two of these are to appear as the "traditional-looking" left margin + horizontal main navigation bars with pull-down menus. The third navigation bar resides inside a banner image at top right corner of screen and provides another pull down menu upon mouse-over. Left side = 28 links, most of which contain dynamic sub-menu on mouse-over (149 total sub-links / average 5 per button) Top bar= 7 links across with total of 38 sub selections (average 5 subs per link) Image icon = single link with total of 27 categories in pull down menu upon mouse-over. Nav bars need pullout menus (aka popup menu or drop-down menu) handled with CSS hover / focus commands rather than javascript.  Pullout menus based on nested lists (better SEO than nested divs). * There are no extension Some examples of the TYPE of CSS pull down menus I refer to can be found at the following URLs: http://www.meyerweb.com/eric/css/edge/menus/demo.html or http://www.serve.com/apg/workshop/cssMenu.html (but I am hoping for a 'cleaner' / better look than displayed on those) There are also a couple of image swaps which need to be handled with CSS hover / focus commands using the background-image property rather than javascript image swap. Consideration will ONLY be given to those who provide examples of pages with CSS (only) dynamic pull-down menus.  * This project is NOT for designers who use tables or purchased templates.
