I'm seeking for a creative designer able to modify any of these templates in something beautiful and unique. It does not necessary need to be in flash. Html will be ok too.

The resulting modification should make it difficult to recognise as being previously a template. Adding elements or replacing existing ones in a creative way should do just fine.

I heard some designers are very creative at doing this.
Have you ever done similar work? Please show me both the original and the modified version all together.
