Project Overview
The project aim will be to create a modular template which can be easily themed by modification of its assets through CSS. The template and themes will be designed towards a FPS and MMO game audience. Produced designs should be as good or better than the quality of the design firm surreal-media.com - note: I would be hiring them but they are unavailable for the job.

- CSS Controled layout
- Valid w3c xhtml transitional formatting
- Layout aligns center, formatted for 1024x768 resolution inside a desktop browser
- Modular content display for easy inclusion or exclusion of content modual
- Flash header with HTML menu overlay compensation for accessibility
- Horizontal & Vertical HTML navigation menus with parent + sub items
+- Horizontal menu exists as an overlay to flash header
+- Vertical menu exists on subpage tempate in left column (as a modual)
- Homepage layout similar to http://lineage.isogames.com
- Three column subpage layout similar to http://lineage.isogames.com/lineage-articles.htm

Style Specifications
- Three color pallette, not including white/black
- Floating background (above 800x600 fold) extends layout design up to 1280x1024
- Content moduals expand to 100% of the content column placed in

Flash Header Specifications
- Dynamic title fetched from parameters
- Cached font for use in title

Additional Information
The template shall interact in two modes, controlled by w3c compliant javascript.

Mode 0
The first mode is static and configuration is loaded from a javascript variable holding the information.

Mode -1
Second configuration is dynamic and allows the user to drag and drop content moduals around any template column which is saved to a javascript variable upon drop. Upon drop, javascript shall POST an xmlrpc formatting request with tne new layout data.

Note: Creation of the server-side script to process and save the xmlrpc formatted post is not a part of this project.

Interaction will be similar to <http://www.google.com/ig?source=gama&hl=en>, however content modual dragging/setting will only be available in a mode toggled simply by a javascript variable with a value of -1.
