Description

I know this is not a difficult project, but if you are new to coding please do not bid as this is the 3rd time i have advertised this project becuase newbie coders have 'thought' they could do it, PROMISED me they could, but after a week of trying give up.

Do not bid on this unless you have soid experience and you KNOW you can actually do it.

This project is in 4 parts:

1: We would like the flash banner at the top of the site to stay the same and not re-load everytime a new page is navigated to. (i have been told, using ajax is a good solution - is this correct?)

2: Have a look at the coding used in the website and if it can be made more efficient - to recommend and implement changes (specifically with our css - we are new to that).

3: Ensure the site works perfectly with Internet explorer, firefox, mozilla, netscape, safari

4: On the 'demo request page' enable the website to 'send' the data via a submission form to my email address. + simular for the 'recommend the site to a friend' button.


And thats is please, please PMB and justify that you can actually do the work. I really can not believe the hassle this has caused me. I look forward to meeting a skilled coder.
