Description: Need someone to do a layout weekly for a newspaper. It will have to be at a good cost but once the newspaper is set up once it will not take much time to set it up weekly with the new articles I send you. Also must design adds for newspapers according to the adds I send you. You will then be responsible for putting the completed newspaper in pdf format to be viewed weekly on a website.
