Description: we own the domaine www.sotograndepropertysales.com and are listed 5 in google. We only have a text landing page at this time and now wish to start to develop a web site, however we would like to build the web site in stages initially starting with a graphical landing page - which we would like to be able to change ( insert new property to sell ) on a regular basis ourselves.

We envisage that this landing page would be high quality and feature one principal exclusive property to sell This landing page would then be devloped into a more comprehensive web site and consequently would form a data base of Properties to sell.

Whilst the principal function of our company is to sell and rent out properties in Spain, we would also wish to include a section on the landing page that will link into other overseas property WEB SITES that we are selling as an example Bulgaria and Caribbean.

It is important that we are able to develop the property inventory part of the web site easily and at our pace.

It is very important that this initial landing page reflects a high quality professional image..
