Description

I have an existing website that is really terrible, made from a template provided free by a hosting company. I will be keeping all page content the same, but need to move it into a new design that reflects both the professional and comforting look and feel of a post surgical retreat.

The site is small – 11 pages total. You would copy almost all of the old content into your new design / new template, and I would provide a few extra photos for you to throw in as well.

Deliverables: We're looking for full design, programming and setup of the website. You must be able to meet the following requirements:

1. We prefer programming languages that are open source (e.g. HTML/PHP/mySQL). NO FLASH
2. Website pages must load quickly across a range of browsers. It should look the same on internet explorer, mozilla etc.. All graphics must be optimized… php includes for the header / footer would be nice.
3. Payment will be via escrow: 50% following completion and testing and 50% following installation and testing on our server.
4. Please send us a link to sites that you have completed previously
5. Any images used must be not be copyrighted material.
6. Final product must look extremely professional and have a calming, comforting appeal that reflects a high end post surgical retreat.
7. Please Note: I will purchase an already developed product if it suits my requirements and doesn’t look too generic, so please show me some demo's. I will check the working and will finalize this deal as soon as possible.
This solution is a commercial project. We will own the license to sell the work done by you.

Timeframe: State the timeframe expected to fully complete and install the website on our servers (we expect timely delivery by the date specified)

This website will be a trial. Complete it successfully and we are likely to pass on other projects to you.
