The following is a project I wish to have done:

Overal Description:
This is a very small site, and I have set the price for this site, and am simply looking for (associates willing to create the site with in this budget). I am also using this project to locate website designers I can work with. Following instructions, basic layout and visually appealing are important to me.

Site layout:
Index (home page)
about us (page)
Form fills (total design 2, duplicating 1 of 2 to make 4 total)
(see attached pdf for design layout)
note: tool bar is just to show you location and links. An improve tool bar design is required.

What am I seeking:
an individual or team of people
able to understand english
able to create projects from my drawings and layouts
Willing to communicate, and complete tasks.
Willing to be fair in pricing as I am fair in paying.

Rules:
You can not contact the clients directly or attempt to aquire projects directly from clients. You here in aggree to allow me to post negative feedback if you do that, and aggree to pay $1000.00 US in penality if you do so.

Long Term:
This project is an opportunity to many more projects:
I have just aquired a salesman who will be selling websites
I also have items I sell on eBay and want to sell semi-custom websites on ebay related to these items.

Payment and scheduling:
Price $100.00 US (standard price)

2 Form Fill ( Two different: However 1 of the 2 will be duplicated but just renamed and loaded to the site as separate pages creating a total of 4 form fills)

PROJECT BONUS---Schedule---

If you can complete this project by:

December 5th Receive $60.00 US bonus

December 7th Receive $45.00 US bonus

December 9th Receive $30.00 US bonus

December 12th must show work in progress pages ($10.00)

After December 13th standard price but must be completed by December 16th.



Server Loading

You will be provide access to the domain name, and I would like the samples and working versions to be loaded to show the client it is under progress. You will receive $5.00 US bonus for doing this.) -- This is additional to the standard price and the bonus schedule completion.


I pay via Paypal and will consider other forms of payment:
I will send a deposit and I pay my debts providing work is completed.

... IMPORTANT in your replies.....
1. You must include samples of your work
2. Work must be done in HTML (no back end driven site design)
3. PDS sites accepted only if final is editable in Golive or dreamweaver.
4. You must include estimated completion time.
5. I will be more likely to award this site to someone who shows me samples based on my drawing.
6. I will accept bids lower then my pricing schedule.

I have 3 other projects immediately pending!
all in similar price points and working on bigger projects.

I market my services to small family owned business, who typically have smaller budgets. However I am seeking word of mouth to obtain more clients.
