Description

Hi,
I am a graphic designer with some web design experience in the past. I have a fairly simple website that I want put together with CSS and HTML. It needs to be optimized correctly, load quickly and work in IE and Firefox. Its just 5 or 6 pages. They will all be able to use the same template.

I have all the graphics done and layout design. I would like that the designer I choose would be able to have a look at my design and recommend changes on how we can make the site as efficient as possible.

The designer I choose will also need to have a portfolio that I can look through. I like all my work to be finished to a high standard.
