I need a simple css template for a client who is running a 'Personal trainers' website for people interested in being fit and healthy, I have listed the clients specifications below:

1. Clean web 2.0 design
2. Colours - blue and white
3. Menu with 4 links (Home, About, Health tips and Contact us)
4. Simple contact page
5. Graphics of 'Healthy people'

The budget for this project is very small, so please provide me with your best price. I also need to see what you and your design team can create, as I have other simple website design work that you may be interested in.
