Description: Greetings,

I would like to hire a freelance programmer who I would be hiring on a consistent monthly basis (project by project). The programmer would be considered a member of my team. Each budget would be conservative until actual customers sign on board. They would need to be patient, articulate and an exceptional programmer. They would also need to understand the budget until customers came. I would exclusively work with them on each project using this service until I could afford to hire them on a contract outright.

This project entails: uploading files, editing pages, and logo branding(the logo I can provide).

-Uploading Files using FTP creating subpages

-Editing text on pages and submitting logo on pages (open source) so that the branding on the pages would be mine. It would be simple: text edits and picture edits, as well as loading a logo

-Editing Text on home page (simple cut and paste)

-Editing Text on Logo and submitting it to the various pages (that I provide)

-Creating a Sign Up Page for an Open Source

Total amount within my budget this month is: $300.00. You would be paid promptly 24 hours after I see the project and we come to an agreement.

Although, I am fairly new here. I am a web developer currently working with a rising organization and have worked extensively with simple projects such as this. The bid I placed, in my opinion, seems reasonable for this type of work. I am in no position to earn money I am not entitled to and for this type of project (especially until you receive more clients) 100$ seems like a good start. I am proficient in XHTML, CSS, PHP, Photoshop and do some work in Flash. I follow all of today's Web 2.0 standards and am extremely strict when it comes to markup validation. If there is some unexpected side project which needs to be taken care of, I am able to adapt and rearrange my schedule to get the more urgent tasks completed beforehand.
