Description

I need the website of www.folktowncounseling.com redesigned in html so that it is SEO friendly. It is currently built inside a single frame. I need each page to have a unique url. I have begun work and it is posted at http://www.financeupdated.com/folktown/index.html. The "Counseling" tab works to show how that page looks.

I want the menu to be a solid menu bar like the once created at http://www.financeupdated.com/folktown/index.html. Also, I want the dimensions of every page to be the same... basically the same size as the index page.

It should look good in all the major browsers... IE7, Firefox, Safari, etc. Please include a CSS. I would like this done ASAP. Thanks.
