Description:	Hi, I could use some help translating the attached design into CSS. I attached two files, a bitmap file with the overall design, and an MS Powerpoint file with some design requirements (column widths, font types, etc). By the way, the design is very similar to (and very much inspired by) the Rounders design of Blogger. See also: http://www.stopdesign.com/portfolio/web_interface/blogger_templates.html?fs=4 I tried creating the design myself, but realized that I just don't know enough about CSS. So, if you think you could help me out with this that would be great. I was hoping to stay within my budget of $80, but if that's not possible, please let me know your best bid.
