The first link shifts. This occurs when the content reaches a certain length.

I've tracked down the problem to the code

width: 829px; /* OVERALL WIDTH of WEBSITE */

margin-top: 0px;

margin-right: auto;

margin-bottom: 0px;

margin-left: auto;

padding: 0px;

}

If this is removed, the website will be left-aligned.. but the shifting no longer occurs.

Looking for someone to offer up a quick fix.
