I'd like you to make all pages and themes FrontPage 2003 compatible - I want to be able to make text change as needed, without screwing up your work. - We could do this no problem for you. 2. You can use the current text for most pages content, but I don't mean "cut and "paste" in to the new pages. You should be able to create your own text layout so text is easy to read and flows nicely. - Yes, this would be done 3. Link buttons for example should expand to reveal other choices so that navigation can be done from left hand or drop down menus. Always have a "back" and "home" - Yes we could do this for you 4. I'd like a "Date of Revision" at the bottom of each page as well as "copy write" info. - Yes we would do this for you. 5. Some of the links will take the user to off-site pages. I plan to host these pages elsewhere and the and the "off site" links will bring user to current host were there are "customer functions". The off-site URL will be cust.icpage.com - We would account for this. 6. We have 3 sister companies I'd like to show links too. These are sssolutions.net and SportsVoiceServices.com and VoicePicks.com. These should be added so search bots will find them as well as customers. Also, for MyFax.com - Yes thats fine 7. I'd like you to optimize the "keywords" for searching by "search bots" - - No problem, our search engine optimiser would test this on the final day. 8. I'd like a functional "Customer Information" page so customer can enter their contact info to request more info that emailed to me. - Yes we would do this. 9. I don't know if this is possible, but if you can make the links dynamic so that I can add new products and services without having to contact a web designer. For example maybe new entries can found as the page draws and populated into the menu automatically. - Its possible but fairly complex function to add in. 10. If you are able to submit my URL to search engines, that would be a plus - Please indicate that you can do this. It would be a reason to select you. - Yes we could add your url to many of the top search engines for free. 11. I'm open to new ideas for improvement so feel free to suggest anything. BUT PLEASE DON'T THINK YOU CAN CUT AND PASTE MY OLD WEB SITE and I'll accept it as your original work!!!! We could add in new ideas to your website in the design process. 12. I'd like the pages to load fast and not too much clutter - so flash is out. Graphic designers will optimise images in order for them to load the quickest they can 13. If you can provide a sample mock-up of the front page, it would be helpful We create bespoke design sites so this wouldnt be possible unless you where to accept our bid. 14.
