Description

Require template for one web page.
Simple well commented HTML/CSS. No flash, only limited Ajax that you think may be helpful

We intend to use the template as the basis of a report which is created by another process.

All we need is one page. I have attempted to do it myself but it doesn't look any good.

Looking for a simple clean modern design.
We don't need a programmer as such, just some one with good web design skills.

You may to incorporate thee report with the feel of the the existing website.

The design must incorporate all the elements in my attempt.

I would like to get simple draft layouts summited first, to make sure the designer is
on the right track
