Description

We have an html file that has been created using Microsoft Publisher and but has a lot of non-standard html. We want to send this file (with it's contents changed every time) as a newsletter from an online newsletter software that has an online editor. As it is right now it cannot be displayed well in all major email clients and online emails (ex. gmail, yahoo, etc).
We need a good CSS /html designer to change this file to (valid) CSS or even one with tables so that it can be displayed correctly when sent as an email.
