Description

I would like a rating site simlar to hotornot.com or ratemypicture.com. Much simpler in that there are no files to upload. Users will be rating items from a database against one another. The results must be searchable. Functionality is more important than aesthetics. So the site needs to be able to do the following:
Users must register to submit a comparison to be ranked.
Registered Users select two items (or two groups of items) from a drop down list to be compared.
Registered Users must rate three other submissions in order to submit.
Users rate a comaprison by selecting one of five bubbles in a horizontal row (bubble one and bubble five being a landlside victory for one item over the other and bubble three being a tie between the two)
Any user may search for a comparison containing a specific item.
Any user may vote for any comparison.
The front page will display a random comparison (much like hotornot.com)
The dropdown lists will contain about 1000 items that change annually.
