Hey freelancers:

I am currently building a raffle site / lottery site for customer to win money with. I already have the script and I just need someone to redesign it. Whoever I choose, I may or may not ask you to do some work for me in the future if you know php, as I may be adding a few features to it.

Requirements:
-If you're a company or more than one individual, I will deny you without any questions.
-I prefer someone with some knowledge of PHP so they won't be so confused for the graphic work.
-Please provide a portfolio or PM me some example work.
-Must be willing to upload the work when complete and installing it.

What I'm looking for:
I am looking for a site that looks like a lot of fun and excited, and I would like it to load fast.

This is a simple web re-design, some companies charge hundreds of dollars, and I really don't think they're work is worth it. I have had better results with just a single person doing some amazing artwork. I will be using a script from www.rafflescript.com. You can view a demos at that link.
