We are looking for a company or a professional to help us expand our business. We require good knowledge and web design
creativity, using tools such as Corel Draw, Photoshop and Dreamweaver.
You will be required to design some pages based on templates that we will send to you for a real estate site (index page, page
that list properties by state and county, and page that list actual individual property details, and a register/join page), which
is w3c validated with reasonable speed, CSS and image sizes. We would like the page to pass 100% of the w3c validator located at:
http://validator.w3.org. Please provide the url of your design. The pages should be done using tableless and external CSS. It
will be necessary to create a logo for the company too. We will need all files used to do the pages (.psd, .cdr, .html, .jpg,
.php, .css, etc).
The pages must be not a clone of the template we will supply you, it only needs be be similar (it will be necessary change colors,
graphics and positioning).

It will be necessary to create 3 banners:
- 1 financing banner
- 1 for sale by owner banner
- 1 rentals banner
it will be discussed with more details when the project starts.
