Description

i need a website design for a power and pleasure boat company.
The main requirements are:
1) blue and orange color theme
2) XHTML and CSS (no tables) and full major browser compliance
3) 1 page design
4) 1024x768 size
5) deliverables must include photoshop design file sliced, xhtml and css export
6) delivery within 5 days from selection
7) max budget is 100$ (do not bid if you ask for more).

with a slight different structure.
