Description: I am looking for two website templates. These templates are not related in any way and should have two distinct designs. They are for two different customers.

I do not want a complete website - our staff will finish the project. I was want the template that will be used for all of the pages. The template should be delivered in HTML but we will also need the source documents used to create the template (Photoshop or Fireworks).
