Description

Hello. I'm looking for a Web Developer to turn a high-quality eBay auction template (PSD Format) into HTML so it can be used on eBay as an auction template.

- Load Speed Optimized
- Images Optimized
- Clean Code Structure & Clear Commenting
- Must Work On All Browsers (Cross browser compatibility)
