Description:	2, 1 page sites required. 1 layered PSD and 1 layered PNG will be provided to winning bidder. No design work is needed just... 1) be valid xhtml 2) use css rather than table for layout 3) use valid css 4) work in all major browsers on Mac & PC 5) be centered and fixed width 6) background image for PotP must be tiled 7) navigation should NOT use images, only css...rollovers not necessary Contact form for NSG is NOT needed. So no server-side programming is necessary. All work is undertaken on a white-label basis. ---------------------------------------- 1) You expressly agree to ensure that any design for which payment has been made to you by us is subsequently not used on behalf of any other client or agency without our permission. 2) All files created by you on our behalf, shall be considered our property. Under no circumstances will you use any final files for any other client at any time. 3) You may not list our client as your own (on websites or as portfolio artwork) without our express written consent. You agree to the usage of all submitted material in any future application for illustrative purposes or as examples of previous work. 4) At the end of the project, and subject to receiving final payment from us file / artwork copyright will automatically transfer to us.
