Already created design in PSD (http://vi5ion.com/impacttv/) requires configuration to work with Joomla.

Note: The website would have 2 languages - Russian and English. The new desing would replace current one on: http://www.impacttelevision.org/

Reviewed the live site as well as the design. The new design seems to have some compatibility issues with firefox. (look at the extreme right top) Also there is an horizontal scrollbar. do u intend to keep that or is it a design error ? pls reply via pmb.
